As you celebrate Global Running Day, it’s important to run only when and where it’s safe to do so for both you and your local community. Although we’re running separate routes, we’re all in this together to encourage each other to keep moving, stay connected, and be healthy. No matter where you run it’s vital to put your safety first. Be sure to read our Runner Safety tips on how to stay safe on the run before you lace up and head out!
Global Running Day is a worldwide celebration of running that encourages people of all ages and abilities to get moving. This day plays an important role, reminding us of the positives that running can offer to our physical and mental health and the power of unification. This year, let’s run together on Global Running Day to celebrate our love of running and as we take strides towards leading healthier and more active lives.
Our Global Running Day digital toolkit is filled with a variety of assets to help you celebrate this year in your own unique way! You’ll find everything from social media assets, to create your own bib templates, activities for kids, and printable finish line tapes.
